Not 100% sure how i reached that point - gonna try to test more later.

Situation:
It might happen that anger is running - but there is no way to get back the main window.

Menu in Mac OS X offers a submenu window - but that only offers minimize / which is grey out too.

What about the Dock ? Is there an icon ?

Yes - icon is still visible.

i guess you can reproduce a similar situation if you press CMD + Q in mainmenu.
As result the game-window disappears - but app itself is still running.
